- Managed the construction of 120 apartments, $45MM in the SOMA district of San Francisco
- Created and updated pro formas, updated capital partners monthly, drafted reports and contracts,
- Coordinated with architects, designers, and consultants to streamline city approval and reduce costs
RUDOLPH AND SLETTEN
General contractor with $1B in revenue; commercial, public, and healthcare projects
Role: Senior Cost Engineer, 2013 – 2015
- Managed buyout team of five as lead estimator of $110MM retrofit of 300,000 SF facility, including a 70,000 SF cleanroom; negotiated $25MM expansion of work upon award
- Managed $100MM and eight trades of the $500MM San Diego Central Court buyout, coming in 5% under budget; will be the largest courthouse in CA when completed
- Prepared schematic, conceptual, and construction estimates with an emphasis on value engineering
Role: Cost Engineer, 2012 – 2013
- Drafted instructions to bidders, evaluated and prepared estimates, interviewed subcontractors to identify bid coverage, missing scope and qualifications
